Part-Time Office Administrator (Accounts Focus)
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Office Administrator with strong accounts experience to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a varied role that combines general office administration with key accounting duties, making it ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping activities
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly reporting
- Use accounting software (Xero) for financial data entry and reconciliation
- Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding accounts and payments
- Support the wider team with administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role (essential)
- Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
