DEA Automatic Vehicle Access Control Barrier System
We recently installed a new DEA Automatic Vehicle Access Control Barrier system to the site entrance of Cleardata UK Limited in Hawarden.
Its Purpose
The barrier controls entry to the car park using a combined Paxton Net2 Access Control proximity reader for staff and video intercom for visitors and deliveries to site.
How it works
Staff entry proximity readings are logged to the Paxton Net2 Pro software package on the clients network and the Intercom is controlled via two monitor handsets with visual and two-way audio features in the ground and first floor offices.
To leave site we supplied and installed an underground induction loop to raise the barrier automatically when a vehicle approaches from inside the car park. The barrier has been fitted with lower skirt, red and green colour changing LED's and the necessary safety equipment required to prevent the boom closing on a vehicle or pedestrian.
